With 28 years of marriage, raising two sons, teaching at Western University & several high schools, establishing global businesses, motivational speaking, guest lecturing and authoring books, I’ve amassed a wealth of experiences.
Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of sharing stages with and receiving personal mentorship from renowned experts in personal growth, healing, and business, including luminaries such as Robin Sharma, Tony & Sage Robbins, Sir Richard Branson, Pit Bull, Mel Robbins, Ed Mylette, Emily Fletcher, Nurika, Brendon Burchard, Grant Cardone, Rachel Hollis, Chris Widner, Eric & Marina Worre, Homer Mann, Sabrina Heartsong, Marisa Peer and Brian Kelly to name a few.
I am a Transformational coach with a Master’s Degree in Metaphysical Psychology and currently a doctoral candidate with the University of Sedona, a Reiki practitioner and energy healer with 14 years of study. I am a certified Rapid Transformational Hypnotic Practitioner, Ordained Minister, Ziva Meditator, Breathwork coach and one of few 9D Transformational Breathwork Facilitators worldwide.
For nearly three decades, I've empowered individuals across the globe—students, parents, couples, executives, and entrepreneurs alike. I intimately understand the challenges of seeking fulfillment while navigating the complexities of life, whether it's juggling professional responsibilities, nurturing relationships, or overcoming personal obstacles. I have battled with self-doubt, burnout & mom guilt. I have juggled health issues, caretaking and grief. I also understand the intricate dance of being incredibly grateful for all I have and yet aspiring for a bigger vision, greater joy and a more impactful life.

The Timeline
1996: A Love Story Begins
In 1996, I finished my undergraduate degree at Western University and married the love of my life. We were high school friends and later sweethearts. Our journey together started with a deep connection and many shared dreams.
1996-1999: Pursuing Education and a Teaching Career
During our first year of marriage, I focused on my specialized Education Degree at Queens University. While completing studies to become an English, Drama & Dance teacher, my husband and I experienced an unorthodox first year of marriage as we lived four hours apart. During this time we learned the importance of communication, trust, and patience. We also developed a deep respect for individuality within our partnership. This experience strengthened our relationship and prepared us for the future.
The following year, I began my career as a high school teacher, initially teaching English and Drama. Later, I expanded my subject areas to include Dance and Physical education.
1999: Expanding the Family
Three years into my teaching career, we decided to start our family. We were blessed with two wonderful boys, Justin and Jordan. Raising them became a pivotal part of our lives, and we took pride in nurturing their dreams and passions.
2010: Entrepreneurial Journey Begins
In 2010, I started my first entrepreneurial journey, alongside full-time teaching. I launched an online health and wellness business. Within a year, I built a multi-million dollar international business. While building my success, I also started teaching and training hundreds of other aspiring entrepreneurs on how to build successful businesses.
2015: Exploring Travel, Psychology, Family & Relationship Study
After dedicating 15 years to teaching in the classroom, I courageously opened a new chapter in my life. The world became my classroom. Together with my family, we leaned into a remarkable journey filled with adventure, mission work, couples relationship study and continued education. With time flexibility and travel, I had the chance to teach my teenage children through homeschooling, mission work in Guatemala & exploring different geography & cultures.
I worked closely learning with an Energy Healer & Shawn and I were mentored by Tony & Sage Robbins through their couples’ “Ultimate Relationship” Program.
I had the privilege of empowering entrepreneurs, guest teaching, and delivering motivational speeches all over the world. Our explorations have taken us to breathtaking destinations such as Greece, Rome, Pompeii, Budapest, Vienna, Prague, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, South Africa, and countless places across Canada and the United States.
This remarkable journey has not only enriched our lives but has also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the power of education and the ability to inspire others. It has been an incredible experience, constantly fueling my desire for continuous learning and personal growth.
As I continued to mentor hundreds of entrepreneurs, I noticed patterns of limiting beliefs and became curious about finding solutions, which led me to study psychology. I went back to school to pursue a master's degree in metaphysical psychology. Additionally, I became a Reiki practitioner and wrote my first book, entitled "Ordinary to Extraordinary: An Inspired Guide to Living the Life of Your Dreams.” I continue my studies as a Doctoral Candidate of Metaphysical Psychology at the University of Sedona.
2019-Present: Continued Education, Mission work & Breathwork
From 2019 onwards, as my children grew into young men and pursued their own educational paths and passions, I continued my education and became a Rapid Transformational Hypnotic Practitioner. I also started working to support a school in Tanzania offering young children safe education and dental care.
In 2023 I further expanded my skill set by becoming a breathwork coach, a Certified Ziva Meditator and one of the few 9D breathwork practitioners worldwide. In 2024, I opened my own breathwork studio and incorporated my Transformational Coaching Business.
